Shake your Temper in the air for some seconds until you feel it cold. That way you are preparing it to absorb fast and without any effort the heat of our favourite drink, mashed, cream or soup.
Enter the temper supporting it at the bottom of the container. Stir it energically as you see at the image, turning it until you Start feeling the heat comming up through the handle.
Take your Temper out and drain it, but do not dry it completely. Shake it during some seconds until you start feeling it cold and dry again. Repeat the steps 1,2 & 3 until you get your perfect temperature.
